Welcome to the ANU Film Group home page! We screen recent cinema releases, older films, action/adventure, drama, comedy, western, science fiction, music, fantasy, manga, documentaries, and just about everything else as well. Each semester our members vote to decide what we screen. Our theatre is equipped with full-sized 35mm cinema projectors, a large 9m screen, brighter and sharper lenses and a top-class Dolby digital sound system, giving us professional presentation standards - all on the ANU campus!

The Hobart Film Society offers its members free weekly screenings from late January to early December, a bi-monthly newsletter with details of forthcoming films and discounted admission to other cinemas in Hobart.
